The Service: The Words of Christmas is based on Revelation 19:13, "And His name is the Word of God." The service explores four words connected with the celebration of Christ's birth and a fifth part explaining the significance of Jesus as the Word, as based on John 1. Each part includes enjoyable new songs and familiary old carols, as well as narration and recitation.

Part 2: OUR SECOND WORD: The JOY of the Parents
Part 3: OUR THIRD WORD: The PEACE of the Angels
Part 4: OUR FOURTH WORD: The PRAISE of the Shepherds
Part 5: And the WORD Was God!
Advent service outlines are included with the program. These reinforce the Christmas theme or words, presenting the PROMISE of hope, joyful PREPARATION, PROVISION of forgiveness that brings us peace, and the PROCLAMATION of praise.
The Songs: The service begins with a new and insightful opening song, "The Day Christ Was Born".  This song includes a riveting spoken interlude that sets the stage for the rest of the service. (Listen to sample on this home page.  Please listen to complete song for a true taste of the service.)
The DVD Effects: (Included with all orders. If your order is sent via the internet, the effect DVD will be mailed to you at no additional cost.) Many churches today are making greater use of Power Point and other visual effects in the worship service. This DVD video is formatted so any church can easily use it with a full movie screen (using a DVD player and projector) or even a large screen TV. You do NOT need Power Point capabilities. The DVD includes a 45 second service introduction (see the introduction video on this home page), and a 25 second introduction to each of the five service parts. Each introduction graphically shows the worshipers the section that is about to be presented by the children.
